Shipping policy

Standard shipping

We offer Standard Shipping via SF Express. Standard Shipping typically takes between 2-3 business days for Hong Kong and Macau addresses (excluding processing time). Shipping times may be longer during peak times.

For all domestic orders, it is a flat rate of HK$40. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days after you have ordered. Please note: We are unable to send to parcel lockers or P.O boxes. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window as stated from the courier please contact us within 5 business days of the expected arrival date to claim a lost or damaged item. 

Express shipping

We can organise Express Shipping at an additional cost. Please reach out if this is something you require. Express Shipping typically takes between 1-2 business days for Hong Kong and Macau addresses. Express Shipping is offered via SF Express.

International shipping

Currently we don’t offer international shipping, however we hope to in the future. Reach out and let us know if this is something you’d be interested in and we can keep you informed.
