Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your matcha experience. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order (including the first delivery of a subscription). If the flavour profile isn't for you, contact us at celadonmatcha@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your tins to request a refund. The refund will be processed within 60 days of the refund request being received.
Subscriptions
To ensure you have full control over your matcha supply, please note the following for our bi-monthly subscription:

Cancellation: You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal.

Refunds: Refund requests for recurring shipments must be made at least 3 business days before the next order is processed. Once a bi-monthly shipment has been dispatched, we cannot offer a refund for that specific delivery unless the product is damaged or defective.

Trial Period: The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your initial subscription delivery to let you test the quality. Subsequent recurring orders are considered final sale unless damaged.
Discounts
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or sale item. Our sign-up code is good for one use only. We are a small business so we ask you kindly not to take advantage of our codes and use them more than once.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your tins arrive dented, the seal is broken, or you received the wrong grade of matcha, contact us immediately. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund to make it right.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 60 calendar days of the refund request being received.

Follow-up: Please note that banks can take additional time to post the credit. If you haven't seen the refund after 60 calendar days of approval, reach back out to us.
